SHIPPING

- Shipping and all taxes included for orders within Peninsular (Continental) Spain. We will honor our shipping policy, as long as we use our own courier. If you prefer to use yours, please let us know at time of order and do not forget to arrange for shipping insurance.

Products can be returned within seven days from the date of delivery. Please see details and conditions below.

Return Policy Details:

- Please contact us before any return or exchange, in which case we will ask you to kindly re-pack system, manuals and guarantee documents in original packing materials.

- If system and/or filters are defective, we will refund full purchase price or replace system upon receipt and review of merchandise returned in undamaged condition. All replacements and refunds are done in a timely manner. Returns are shipped freight collect.

- If product is not defective, but it is in original condition (system is unused and filters are in original, unopened packaging), we will refund full purchase price upon receipt and review of merchandise returned in undamaged condition. Return shipping cost is non-refundable.

- Please note that the cost of filters and/or membrane is non-refundable when its packaging has been opened (for health reasons, they can not be reused). If non-defective system is used, or filters not in original packaging we will retain the corresponding price and refund the remaining balance. Return shipping cost is non-refundable.

As an additional guarantee, all of our products are carefully inspected before shipping.
