WARRANTY Acquamatter guarantees its products for a period of TWO YEARS against manufacturing defects in accordance with Law 23/2003, July 10th, 2003: Act for the warranties of consumer goods. The warranty covers repair o replacement of defective parts by authorized personnel of the Servicio Técnico Oficial (Official Technical Service) in our facilities, excluding shipping cost. Normal wear caused by normal use of items is not covered by this warranty Warranty is void in case of misuse, misapplication, alteration, or operation of our products contrary to instructions; or when they have been repaired by unauthorized personnel. This warranty becomes effective on the date of purchase. You MUST SEND in your completed WARRANTY REGISTRATION FORM. Please keep your receipt and purchase invoice in a safe place should you need them to claim your warranty. Acquamatter's responsibility is limited to repair or replacement of defective parts. We assume no other liabilities. If, during your warranty term, you have any trouble with your water treatment device, please contact your acquamatter distributor or commercial agent to proceed to the proper solution. Because of its simplicity, these systems are usually user-installed; however, we are only able to guarantee installations performed by our technicians. Many users opt for installing themselves, thus saving the installation cost (100 € IVA included). The invoice, in this case, will indicate "CUSTOMER INSTALLED, WITHOUT INSTALLATION WARRANTY".
